You're buying one whole, individually identified cask of Scotch whisky, held in bond at Castlelaw in Scotland. Once Castlelaw registers you as its owner, the cask is yours, in your own name, in your own Castlelaw account. It stays in Scotland. Bottling it or bringing whisky into the United States is a separate, later choice, arranged by you through licensed providers, and isn't part of this purchase.
