Accessibility statement

We want The Index Registry to be usable by as many people as possible. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've done

  • every page is tested with automated accessibility checks at phone, tablet and desktop widths;
  • you can use the site with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus outline;
  • images have text descriptions, and the site respects your "reduce motion" setting.

Known limits

  • Retailer content: product images and descriptions come from retailers, so their text descriptions are sometimes basic.
  • Older pages: some older pages are still being redesigned.
