US privacy notice

THE WHISKY INDEX LTD sells whole casks of Scotch whisky, held in bond in Scotland. This notice covers personal information we collect from US residents.

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we hold about you, and access a copy of it.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Delete your personal information, subject to a genuine legal reason to keep some of it (for example, order and tax records).
• Receive your personal information in a portable format.
• Opt out of targeted advertising and the sale of your personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not run targeted advertising in every state; where the law requires it, we honour an opt-out signal automatically.

If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request for that browser, without you needing to ask separately.

We don't sell your personal information to anyone, and we don't use it to guess or promise how much your cask might be worth.
